Introduction
Medusa Manufacture Co., Ltd Shanghai has been in operation since 2002 and has established an excellent reputation on the Chinese market. As a young company in the market, we constantly apply modern management techniques, something that is unusual among traditional Chinese companies. This happened mainly because of the influence of our General Manager, Mr. Zhou. He has been responsible for the application of quality control measures and management strategies, along with the Vice General Manager and Factory Manager. Currently we are planning to open two more shops in Shanghai in our continued expansion on the domestic market as well as the overseas market.Management Team
Name/Title: Mr. Zhou Gang
/ General Manager
Introduction:General Manager on the Board of Directors Mr. Zhou graduated from Huadong East China Normal University in 1983, majoring in Mathematics. He joined the Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co. management team and worked with them from 1983 to 1991. Later, he joined the Shanghai Multi OA Co. and acted as their Vice-President between 1992 and 1999. From there he moved on to spend the next three years as Managing Director at the American company Brewster Wall International Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., leaving in 2002. He finally joined our company, Medusa Furniture Manufacture Co., Ltd. in 2002, joining the Board of Directors, and has been General Manager up to the present. Under Mr. Zhou's leadership, Medusa Furniture has been in continuous development both internally and externally. He has been hard at work improving company structure, production processes and extending market potential.

Introduction:Vice General Manager Mrs. Wang graduated from Shanghai Administration Institute, majoring in HR management. She joined the Shanghai Feisheng Forging Co., Ltd. in 1979 working in their HR department. Later she made the move to Shanghai Pujing Salon and Fitness Centre in 1995 as the HR department supervisor; further posts were at Shanghai Jincheng Grand Hotel, 1999, as HR manager, and Zhou Group as the HR department's Vice Secretary in 2003. She eventually joined Medusa Furniture as Vice-General Manager in 2003. Mrs. Wang brings a wealth of management and HR expertise to Medusa gathered from her many years of work in the field. She provides a supportive role in her position.

Introduction:Mr. Bo is a responsible and qualified Factory Manager at Medusa. His working experiences in several furniture enterprises have provided him with unique skills in quality control and staff management. His experience includes working for the Shanghai Huadong Carpentry Factory, where, from 1987 to 1996, he was the carpentry department supervisor. He moved later to join the Shanghai Sundao Timber Co., Ltd. in 1997, this time as factory manager. From there he went to Jinlida Furniture as one of their designers in 2001. He finally made the moved to our company Medusa Furniture in 2003 and is now the Factory Manager.
